Start/Stop date bound scheduling for Always Off

It would be great to have the ability to schedule Always off bounded by custom date ranges, as is available for other interruption modes via Start/Stop.

Add a user option to limit the number of packets per day/week/month.

Add a user option to remote monitors to limit the number of packets/bits per day/week/month. This would allow the user to control overage charges for each unit.

RMU that can be powered off of the Rectifier Taps

It would be really nice if we could power an RMU from the rectifier taps rather than having to mess with the primary side.
