Workflow notifications in PCS

It would be helpful if we could create Workflows in PCS, for example in the Maintenance tab to send an email notification to the person responsible for the maintenance to prompt action.

Add a user option to limit the number of packets per day/week/month.

Add a user option to remote monitors to limit the number of packets/bits per day/week/month. This would allow the user to control overage charges for each unit.

Make it more clear when Always Off is on

There's no indicator as to when Always Off is active on a RMU. I need to know that my rectifier is off so that I can begin my depol survey on time.
