Effective dates on Pipeline series folders

Currently there is no provision to use effective date in the pipeline series tab. We could track the changes if there was.

Use Data Modifcations with Effective Dates

Currently PCS does not use effective date when moving test point detail inspection records. This is a problem due to reading #1 might be a structure on year and a casing another year.

Be able open Atmospheric module and CPDM at the same time

It would help when editing and creating locations to be able to have both modules open at the same time especially when assigning engineering station numbers and making sure location descriptions are the same.

Export to Table frequency less than 1 per day

It would be nice to have export to table on a schedule throughout the day. Hourly would be nice, fifteen or five minutes would be better. We export the data into a GIS and waiting for tomorow to see a map of this morning data uploads is a long time.

Workflow notifications in PCS

It would be helpful if we could create Workflows in PCS, for example in the Maintenance tab to send an email notification to the person responsible for the maintenance to prompt action.

Allow the creation of On-Off UDFs in other Facility Types

Currently, on-off UDF paired fields are only available to be created under Test Points. Please allow this functionality with other facility types.
