Add a button to toggle quickly between the ceci/ps app to the DVM waveform

(Action – do we need a button or is the task manager sufficient?) From steve: Lon has asked for a way to jump from the PS app directly to the DVM waveform. Patrick: there is a way to do it with the task manager.
