Bridge be able to import mulitiple files at once

If AI can't give us multi-user import instead of the single queue then it would be good if the queue can be prioritized so field imports comes before email report/bridge import.

ON and OFF Potential Sampling - Periodic Survey

Enhance graph report engine

Provide for more control over the options for display and printing. Enforce WYSIWYG. More user-friendly printing of the remarks, comments, etc so it's angled vs vertical, as well as, aligned with facility vs a trailed line to it.

PCS AXIS--Data Entry grid "Options and Customize" tab

Make options and customize tabs under data entry grid either a pop-up window or something like the "Based On" feature currently available. That way, the only page refreshing time would be when you save and/or close selected tab.
