Allow Acknowledgements via Text/Email

If we you forcing customers to pay $1 per phone call (whether they answer or not) and that's the only way to acknowledge, why not allow acks from texts/emails?

Add a user option to limit the number of packets per day/week/month.

Add a user option to remote monitors to limit the number of packets/bits per day/week/month. This would allow the user to control overage charges for each unit.

On the All units view we need a way to move some of the itens in teh Details columns to the far right of the Data Columns

The would help in the over all view. not every thing in the Details columns are important in everyday use but is helpful to have from time to time. The way it is now if you add to many columns to the Details then you can not see your reads without...

I keep a spreadsheet of RMA information, such as RMA number, Bullhorn S/N, unit type, RMA created, discovered issue, invoice number, invoice amount, etc. I get the information primarily from email from bhtechservices and invoices that come to me. ...

Clairfy the difference between Interruption Off and Always Off

Make it more clear when Always Off is on

There's no indicator as to when Always Off is active on a RMU. I need to know that my rectifier is off so that I can begin my depol survey on time.
