Exposing the time and timezone to the field crew will allow surveyors to make real time decisions in the field. Currently, Allegro setup or external GPS connection issues that result in incorrect date/time can only be caught during retroactive post processing and reporting. Exposing the time and timezone will reduce rework and result in better overall data acquisition.
