It would be helpful if we could create Workflows in PCS, for example in the Maintenance tab to send an email notification to the person responsible for the maintenance to prompt action.

Thanks for the response David. We would be interested in hearing any plans for additional notifications. We currently utilize Email Notifications for scheduling, but not maintenance workflows.

Brian-- thanks for the suggestion. This functionality can currently be configured in Email Notification. You could set up a report that will run automatically, on intervals of your choosing, to specific technicians, and the report would only contain the assets they maintain. The filter for your maintenance report would be Repair Found Date is not missing and Repair Corrected Date is missing. This would only send open maintenance items in that report.
We're also considering some additional ways to send notifications to users. I would love to run through our vision to make sure it aligns with the workflow you want.
