I need to be able to differentiate between a "test packet" and "startup packet" that is generated by the Repair Group and legitimate packets send from the field.

If the Packet Type could be "AI Test Packet", then it's easy to see at a glance that we didn't actually have a guy at that location sending a test packet.

Kathy, are there any other packet types you'd like to differentiate besides AI generated test/startup vs field test/startup packets?

Hi Kathy! Thanks for the idea. Just to be sure I'm clear about the request: you're looking for differentiation between startup and test packets that might have been generated while the unit is at AI (e.g. for repair or manufacturing) and those that were generated while the unit was in the field. Correct?
