I keep a spreadsheet of RMA information, such as RMA number, Bullhorn S/N, unit type, RMA created, discovered issue, invoice number, invoice amount, etc.   I get the information primarily from email from bhtechservices and invoices that come to me.  What if I could get this information from Bullhorn web?  Maybe even be able to check on the status of an RMA and expected ship date without having to call and ask?  That would be cool!  (Maybe I can look up RMAs now and I just don't know how).
