If we you forcing customers to pay $1 per phone call (whether they answer or not) and that's the only way to acknowledge, why not allow acks from texts/emails?
Hi Josh, thank you for your input. We agree that the current acknowledgment system is lacking and are working to improve it. While we are unable to add this functionality to the APM4AM product, look for additional, cheaper ways to receive this information incorporated with our upcoming products.
