Initially was looking to get an alert AFTER I got the initial activity alert. This could be applied to simply alert when the compressor is down AND when it is running without the need for 2 separate alerts.

Josh-- Thanks for the idea. You can set up a single Data Alert to notify based on "Status Change", but this does not notify if there is no activity at all. Is there a specific part of the alert creation or configuration process that makes it cumbersome to set up multiple alerts? If you are working with multiple units, you can use the Apply Templates functionality to append alerts on as many units as you'd like at once.
