From steve: on the close interval survey there's a field if you go to view, options, gps, clear all gps locations and then a time that defaults to 300 seconds. That really should be more like 2 seconds as a default. If you lose gps, you have 5 mins of wrong gps, I'd rather have no gps than wrong gps. Patrick: this is related to the coordinates, not the polling. It's been there since before Patrick started. Russ: this was there bc if you lose coordinates with the Trimble walking under the tree.
