Send a clear alert by default

Initially was looking to get an alert AFTER I got the initial activity alert. This could be applied to simply alert when the compressor is down AND when it is running without the need for 2 separate alerts.

Allow Acknowledgements via Text/Email

If we you forcing customers to pay $1 per phone call (whether they answer or not) and that's the only way to acknowledge, why not allow acks from texts/emails?

Would like to see a timer to move unit status back to "Installed (Notifications On)."

When testing the function of units in the field, we change the status of the unit to "Installed (Notifications Off) until we are done testing. It would be helpful if we could set a timer to change that status back to "Installed (Notifications On)....
