Can we make RMA information available to us on Bullhorn Web?

I keep a spreadsheet of RMA information, such as RMA number, Bullhorn S/N, unit type, RMA created, discovered issue, invoice number, invoice amount, etc. I get the information primarily from email from bhtechservices and invoices that come to me. ...

Need an Always Off status

We need to have a status when a RMU is in Always Off status.

I need to be able to differentiate between a "test packet" and "startup packet" that is generated by the Repair Group and legitimate packets send from the field.

If the Packet Type could be "AI Test Packet", then it's easy to see at a glance that we didn't actually have a guy at that location sending a test packet.

Scheduled reports

I want to be able to schedule reports to happen on a specific day and have them repeat like I can schedule a meeting in Outlook.

Group Reports

I'd like a report that will let me see which groups each RMU is in. Right now I have to check each group to see if a RMU is in it.

Make it more clear when Always Off is on

There's no indicator as to when Always Off is active on a RMU. I need to know that my rectifier is off so that I can begin my depol survey on time.

Copy cost centers

I want to copy a cost center so I don't have to re-enter all the information over and over again. I'd just need to edit what's necessary.

Add multiple units to a Cost Center

I'd like to be able to add multiple units to a cost center as opposed to having to go to each RMU to add it to a Cost Center.

An "All Units" filter to Show Units that are only in "All Units" group.

This filter will show units that are not assigned to other groups other than the default All Units group.

Don't display data when in Always Off mode

Have the option to not display the data transmitted when in Always Off mode.
